Materials and Care
We dip high-quality 925 sterling silver pieces in a thick layer of gold to create our gold vermeil pieces. While gold vermeil is unlikely to tarnish, it can fade overtime without proper care.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR GOLD VERMEIL
1. To clean, lightly buff your vermeil pieces with a clean towel or dry soft cloth.
2. To prolong the lifespan of your vermeil pieces, we always recommend removing them before showering, exercising or washing your hands as well as when applying lotions, colognes or other moist products.
3. For extra shine, gently clean your pieces regularly and store in a safe, dry place when not wearing.
Our 925 Sterling Silver pieces are made up of 9.25% pure silver. They are one of the most durable and light-weight metals. With proper care, these pieces will last a lifetime.

We strive to ensure every piece you purchase from us lives up to your expectation. We accept returns and exchanges on purchases within 30 days of you receiving the item.
We offer 30-day returns for store credit or exchange only on all regular-priced diamond merchandise.
Custom, personalized (initial or name jewelry) and/or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
We are not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. We are not responsible for any duties associated with a return or exchange, please ensure all custom forms and duties are filled out prior to return or exchange.
Return Policy:
- All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, in the same condition they were bought in, and with the original box.
- Custom-made and/or personalized items (initial or name jewelry), and accessories (hats, jewelry dishes) are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for returns at this time.
- Diamond jewelry is eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30-days of receiving the items.

Warranty:
We offer a lifetime warranty on all jewelry items purchased covering any manufacturer defects (i.e a broken clasp). From the date of purchase, for one year, we will fix any item that is defective based on the workmanship of our jeweller. Contact us via email to to assess the situation and for the next steps.
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like broken chains or bent rings), improper use or storage of your product or any other modifications made by third party users. If you wish to repair your item you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.
